At Container Sphere, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:

The container is damaged on delivery or does not match the product description.

The wrong item was delivered.

Your order was canceled before shipment.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team at support@containersphere.com.
2. Conditions

Containers must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds do not apply to customized or modified containers unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned container, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer, we can exchange the container for another model of equal value, subject to availability.
