1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
4. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost/Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, the customer may be responsible for rescheduling or additional shipping costs.
5. International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
