1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

*Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


4. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, the customer may be responsible for rescheduling or additional shipping costs.


5. International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
