At around 3–9 years old, these containers are younger than our standard used containers. They are ideal if you want something smart and neat, with long-term value, and are much cheaper than a one-trip container.
The containers will show some evidence of use over their lifetimes. You can expect to see some dents, scuffs and scratches, along with surface rust, faded paint and evidence of repairs. If you are looking for a very smart and neat unit with minimal imperfections, you may be interested in our one-trip containers.
While cosmetics will vary from container to container, every unit is thoroughly checked before delivery and any necessary repairs are completed. The units are structurally sound and wind and watertight, with working doors and a solid floor.
If your container has some surface rust, you do not need to worry. Shipping containers are made from COR-TEN A grade steel, which rusts very slowly and is non-porous, so it will not let water through.
